CIF file not downloadable or viewable
Issue Summary:
- Users fill out a form, which generates a PDF document.
- This document is stored in the Documents tab in a CFS field and uploaded to Amazon S3.
- Some PDFs were not downloadable or viewable.
- The root cause was a restriction policy on the S3 bucket, preventing uploads of files with special characters in their names.
- The form name contained special characters, which led to this restriction being applied.
Resolution:
- The form name was modified to remove special characters.
- The form was renamed and republished.
- This allowed the PDFs to be generated, stored, and accessed without issues.
