Compatibility of SMS 2FA with Compulsory Email 2FA Enforcement

Query: If a tenant has SMS 2FA configured for all users and LSQ enforces compulsory 2FA via email, will the SMS 2FA still work?

Answer: Yes, users will continue to receive OTP on SMS as LSQ enforces compulsory 2FA via email only for customers who had not previously configured 2FA and you don't have to again set SMS as a 2FA through SRE Team.
