Custom Whatsapp Message not getting delivered

Custom Whatsapp Message not getting delivered

Issue: The customer is encountering an issue with sending WhatsApp messages through Converse. Approved templates go through successfully, but once the service window is active and customers respond to the template, subsequent messages fail to send, resulting in an error message that says "Failed to Send Message."

SolutionIn the Advanced settings of the WhatsApp connector, there is an option called "Show URL Preview in Custom Messages". This setting should be disabled because it is intended to show a preview if there is any media available in the WhatsApp message. However, when using a custom text message without any media, the API throws an error.
