Not Getting a WhatsApp Message Option on Right Swipe (Mobile Application).
Issue: Users were facing an issue with the mobile users. When we swipe a lead to the left, it is not directing to WhatsApp as expected. Instead, it redirects to the SMS interface.
RCA:
1. Despite of enabling Right and Left Swipe setting in the mobile application setting, users were not getting WhatsApp option.
2. We checked the template setting in the mobile application and found that, it is enabled (Show templates).
Solution:
1. Suggested user to disable show template settings in the mobile application.
