Discrepany in Whatsapp Report (Query)

Issue:  Why is the number of messages read on Whatsapp higher than the number of messages delivered?



Solution:  Sent successfully tracks messages from start to finish, including when a message is waiting to be sent, sent, delivered, and read and other. Basically, at any point of time, the lead will lie under one of these tabs only.

Ex- If the message is sent, delivered, or read, then this lead shall come under Read tab only, but not again under delivered and sent tab.

The message that is already Read by lead will not be present in any of the previous bucket.
