Requirement: How to find automation details with PDID.

Resolution:
To fetch the automation details from this PDID, please follow the below steps:

1. Login into the account with Support Access/Admin Access.
2. Place the PDID shared by the team in the below URL and copy and paste the whole URL into the browser:

This will open the automation for which this PDID is.
