How to make 2 or more sales users see each other's leads via Sales Group

Use Case :
2 or more Sales users should be able to see each other's leads without making them Sales managers.

Solution:
Assign the sales users to a sales group and make each of them as the sales manager of that sale group and make sure the below settings have been enabled while making them sales managers,

Note :
The above may not work if Reporting manager based hierarchy is enabled for the tenant before implementing the same please check if this setting has been disabled for that tenant.
