Activity list by Leads (Exportable) data count issue

Activity list by Leads (Exportable) data count issue

Scenario:

User has applied the filter to download data from "Activity History by Lead List Report" and "Activity History by Lead List Report (Exportable)" 
  • In "Activity History by Lead List Report", it shows 10K+ records.
  • Whereas in "Activity History by Lead List Report (Exportable)", the downloaded Excel has only 1634 records.

Root Cause:
The customer was directly clicking on " Run and Send Email " option which was creating this issue.

Solution:
We suggested to first click on " View Sample Output " and then click on  the " Run and Send Email " to get the correct data.
