Re-subscribing to Emails from LeadSquared | Email Campaigns | Send Email failures
Issue:
Leads unsubscribed unwillingly, but communication needs to continue since primary channel is emails.

Steps to take/Solution:
For the leads who have already unsubscribed, they would have to go to their last received email, and click on "Unsubscribe" again:
Once the link is clicked, it will take you to the below survey page and the lead should be able to re-subscribe from there as shown below:
The Email Opt-In setting can be enabled for future purposes and may help you mitigate this issue down the line.
