Steps to follow in order to export the necessary HAR files
Issue / Requirement : If any of the modules is not functioning or working as expected, follow the below steps to export the HAR file for that specific page.
Below are the steps to follow in order to export the necessary HAR files:
- Open the LeadSquared application using the Chrome browser.
- Right-click anywhere within the browser window or tab, then select the "Inspect" option.
- A panel will appear; please navigate to the "Network" tab within this panel.
- Proceed to the section where you have encountered the error, particularly within the context of the saved reports.
- As you access this section, the network tab will populate with various API calls and related data.
- Finally, locate and click the "download" button within the network tab. This action will export the HAR files.
- We kindly request you to save the exported HAR file to your local system. Once you have completed these steps, please share the exported HAR file with us via email. This data will provide us with the necessary insights to conduct a comprehensive analysis and pinpoint the exact cause of the issue.
