Two call activities of same duration and time is added upon Lead via SMS and call tracker App

Greetings!!
Scenario:
Two call activities are getting posted upon Lead with same duration time and activity time continuously. The calls are made through call and SMS tracker app. We checked the telephony logs and found out the time is showing different in telephony logs.
Solution:
The issue and found that user internet connection was interrupted due to which connection with the server broke and we didn't receive the response. In such cases HTTP client tries to re hit the API internally due to which the two activities got created as it was a single request from our side we received the response only once.
This is very rare case, this happens only with bad internet connection. Please ask user to maintain proper internet connection.
