Email activities were not reflecting in activity history from Email Connector.
Issue: Email sent from leads was not reflecting in the activity history dispite Email connector is syncing data.
Explanation:
The issue is that even after Email sync- Connect my Inbox, I have tried sharing a couple of Test emails from my XXX@domain ID, and it is still not reflecting in LSQ. The above screenshots, which I have shared, gives a clarity on which email was sent, when it sen,t and to whom it was sent.
Attached are the screenshots shared again- The same have been shared previously as well.
Solution:
We can see that the email was sent from both the sender and the recipient, who belong to the same domain within your organization. You have enabled a setting in Email Sync 2.0 that prevents internal domain emails from being synced into the system.
Therefore, we request you to please check this scenario using an LE that contains an external domain email address, such as Gmail or any domain different from the recipient’s.
