Unable to publish the Arabic marketing automation. The button is nonfunctional.

Issue: Unable to publish the Arabic marketing automation. The button is nonfunctional, and no error message pops up.

Explanation:
When the customer was trying to publish an automation, the publish button was not functional.
Despite clicking on it multiple times, it was not working, and no error was showing.



Solution:

We checked and got inside the automation. There was one email card added with an incomplete configuration.

Customer forgot to add the from address in the email card, and it was not configured completed so the publish button was not functional.
After configuring, they can able to publish automation.
