View User Hierarchy not visible for admins even though it has enabled from TM.

Issue: View User Hierarchy is not visible for admins even though it has enabled from TM.
Explanation:
View User Hierarchy was enabled from TM, but still, when users were searching for it in the Manage Users Page, it was not visible.


Solution:
The User hierarchy was enabled from TM, but it is not enabled from Advanced Configuration Settings.
We need to enable it so the User Hierarchy will be visible on the Manage Users Page for admins.
