Issue with Replying in Converse LSQ - Authentication failed due to Invalid User ID and password.

Issue: Issue with Replying in Converse LSQ - Authentication failed due to Invalid User ID or password.

Explanation: 

Template messages are delivered successfully to leads.
However, after the chat window opens, if the user tries to send a custom message, it fails with an error.

Solution: 

The authentication requirements for message flow between LSQ and Leads:

  • Outbound messages (LSQ → Leads):

    • Authentication is required.

    • Two separate sets of user IDs and passwords are used:

      1. One for template-based outbound messages.(Notification) 

      2. One for custom outbound messages.(Two-Way)

    • If the outbound credentials are incorrect, the system will throw an error.

  • Inbound messages (Leads → LSQ):

    • No authentication is required.
