Issue with Agent Pop-Up Form Submission

IssueThe form opens with the mobile number and post-conversation, when our agent fills in the remaining details and tries to dispose of the lead, an error message appears: “Lead already exists”. This is happening even though the lead is new.


RCA: The samples shared below lead was created via call log as source is Inbound Phone Call activity for all the lead, whereas the form is still showing as open. Hence popup is showing the duplicate lead error.





Solution:

Suggested to enable the below settings.
