Agent Pop-Up Grid Not Displayed in NextGen UI for Existing Opportunities
Issue:
The old UI displays an Agent Pop-Up Grid listing all existing opportunities in a tabular format in the agent pop-up.
From this grid, users can select the required opportunity and then submit the configured dynamic form.
However, in the NextGen UI, users reported that the grid does not appear. Instead, the system directly opens the dynamic form, without showing the opportunity list.

In Old UI:

RCA:
In the old UI, the Agent Pop-Up Grid was displayed by default, without requiring any configuration.
In the NextGen UI, the grid will appear only if the configuration is explicitly enabled. The following settings must be properly configured:
Enable “Configure Agent Pop-Up Grid”: Within this configuration, ensure that the Opportunity option is enabled.
Mandatory Field Requirement – Opportunity Status

The Status field must be enabled for the opportunity grid to load correctly.

If this field is not enabled, the grid will not appear, and the dynamic form will open directly.

NextGen Opportunity Visibility Behavior

The setting “NextGen - Show Only Open Opportunities in Opportunity Grid” determines which opportunities appear.

This setting displays only open opportunities, and won/lost opportunities will not be shown.

Note: Changes to this setting may take up to 24 hours to reflect for all users.

Corrective Action

Enable Configure Agent Pop-Up Grid and ensure Opportunity is selected.

Ensure the Status field is enabled, as it is required for the grid to load.

Validate the NextGen - Show Only Open Opportunities setting and allow 24 hours for it to reflect.

Re-test the Agent Pop-Up flow to confirm the grid displays correctly before the form loads.
