The pop-up form is showing the Opportunity field instead of the Lead field.

Scenario: User has reported that placing while getting a pop up it was showing opportunity filed instead of the lead filed.

Root cause:

This is a product behavior if the opportunity module is enabled.

Solution:

You can reset the " Configure Agent Popup Grid " setting and disable opportunity grid.
