Discrepancy in Lead Counts Between SIERA Report and Manage Leads
Problem Statement
Users may observe a discrepancy in the number of leads reported in the SIERA Report when compared with the Manage Leads section, even when applying the same set of filters.
Root Cause
This discrepancy occurs because, in the Owner filter of the SIERA report, inactive users are not selected by default. As a result, leads assigned to inactive users are excluded from the report, leading to mismatched lead counts when cross-referenced with the Manage Leads page.
Solution / Resolution
To ensure accurate and consistent data between the SIERA report and the Manage Leads section:

Navigate to the Owner filter in the SIERA report.

Select the option "Show for both active and inactive users".

Re-run the report.
This will include leads owned by both active and inactive users, ensuring the SIERA report reflects the same data as the Manage Leads page.
