Issue with installing call and SMS tracker
Effective from Android version 20.6 and above, the Call & SMS Tracking features are available directly through the LeadSquared Mobile App, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.
For devices running older versions of the app, users will still need to download and install the APK manually.
Please note:

On some devices, an error may occur due to Google Play Protect.

This can usually be resolved by disabling Play Protect via the Play Store settings.

On older devices where Play Protect cannot be disabled, a workaround is available:

Temporarily disable or force stop the Play Store.

Install the APK.
-
Once the installation is complete, re-enable the Play Store.
This workaround allows installation of the APK even when Play Protect cannot be disabled directly.
