Admin unable to delete or edit the Leave Tracker added.

Issue: 
Admins are unable to delete or edit the Leave Tracker of users from settings.

Explanation:
The admin has added a leave tracker for some users as they will not be working on those days, but one user has returned to work earlier, so the admin wanted to delete or edit the Leave tracker, but it was masked and not allowing the admin to perform actions.

Solution:

We would like to highlight two things here about the Leave Tracker-


1. We cannot delete the Leave Tracker if the From date is the current date.
2. We cannot edit the Leave Tracker if the To date is past.
