Scenario:  Users experienced page loading issues in CRM pages using different networks.


RCA:

Please find below points

1. A browser extension was modifying the request by adding an extra parameter, which resulted in the page failing to load as expected.








Solution:

Asked user to remove the extension or check with their IT team.
