Not able to Check-in and Check-out : SUD Life users

Checks/Resolutions:

1. Go to Manage users, check if the user is present.
2. Go to Manage users, check if the user is active.
3. Check if the correct branch is assigned to user in "Branch" opportunity.
4. Go to Entity > Lead details > Edit > Check latitude and longitude and present for the entity.


RCA:

1. The user is not present in the system
2. User status is deactivated.
3. The branch is not assigned.
4. Latitude and longitude are not present.
5. Latitude and Longitude are present but not correct.
6. Latitude and Longitude are correct, but the user's internet connectivity is not strong.


Action:

1. Request SUD POC for the mapping file to validate if the user is present in the file.
2. Request SUD POC for Latitude and Longitude files if manually shared by Client, and validate if details are correctly updated.

Issue persists after the check:

1. Check with the Client POC - Jyothi.Shetty@sudlife.in
