Unable to Delete Leads in Bulk Action

Unable to Delete Leads in Bulk Action

Issue:
The customer reported that they attempted to delete leads in bulk. However, only around 30% of the leads were successfully deleted, while the remaining leads remained in the system despite multiple attempts. The request history showed the operation as successful.

Root Cause (RCA):
The leads had associated tickets, which prevented the system from deleting them.

Solution:

  1. Verify this by logging in using Marvin.

  2. Request the customer to close and remove the tickets associated with the leads before attempting deletion again.
