WhatsApp Option Not Visible on Opportunities

WhatsApp Option Not Visible on Opportunities

Problem Statement

The WhatsApp Connector has been successfully configured.
However, the option to send WhatsApp messages is not visible on either the Manage Opportunities page or the Opportunity Details page.

Root Cause

The WhatsApp action is not automatically available upon connector configuration. It must be enabled from the backend by the WhatsApp Team.

Solution / Resolution

  • The WhatsApp Team will enable the WhatsApp option for opportunities from the backend.

  • Once the opportunity action is created, the WhatsApp option will be visible in both locations:

    1. Opportunity Grid Row Action (Manage Opportunities page)

    2. Opportunity Details Action (Opportunity Details page)

After backend configuration, users will be able to send WhatsApp messages seamlessly from both views.
